Our menus have been written by Michelle Bratton, BS in Human Nutrition and Food Science from Washington State University, May 2006. Michelle created our menus following guidelines established by the Federal Food Program. We follow a four week rotating menu schedule. Our food is prepared each day by Somaly, who has been our cook for the past 10 years. Our meals are included in your tuition.

Children with allergies

If your child has food allergies or intolerances, we ask that you set up a meeting with the director to discuss your child’s food needs. We have an allergy form that must be completed by you and your family doctor every 6 months. This is very important and will help us keep up to date on your child’s health needs. We will make reasonable accommodations to provide nutritious food for your child. In most cases, we ask that families bring in substitutions for items that are on our menu, that your child can not eat. Somaly will heat the food up and deliver it to your child’s classroom. Please bring in food labeled with your child’s first and last name and the date.
