  • What is the curriculum used in each classroom?
NQACC approach emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning through play- based curriculum and building relationships with families and children.
  • What are the staff requirements?
Our teachers serve as loving role models to the children, demonstrating positive relationships and instilling in the children a love of learning. They work to prepare the children with the necessary skills and abilities to better understand and appreciate the world in which we live and the people who share this world with us. Qualifications and Training include but is not limited to: 30 hours of STARS training in the first 3 months of employment and at least 10 hours of training every year after CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers Card, Blood borne Pathogen Training and Universal Precautions, Child Abuse and Neglect training, Center Orientation
  • How long is the waitlist?
Every fall we start a new school year, this means that the majority of enrollment will take place in September. Depending on when a family joins the waitlist they can be on it for one to one and a half years.
  • How does Enrollment at NQACC work?
    1. Join a tour by emailing 2. Place your child on the waiting list by filling out the registration form and pay a $100 non-refundable registration fee. You may click "Enroll Now" to register and submit the payment. 3. You will be contacted when a spot is available, a $500 nonrefundable deposit plus processing fee is required to confirm the spot on the roster. The deposit is applied to your first month tuition. 4. Enrollment packet and classroom information will be sent out closer to the start date. 5. A visitation day will be scheduled just prior to the start date. A parent orientation is scheduled within the first 2 weeks of the child’s start date.
  • What are the child to teacher ratios?
Our overall school-wide child to staff ratio is less than 6:1, with individual classroom ratios varying through the day. We find it is important to have 3 teachers staffed in each classroom and have a lower teacher to child ratio for high quality care. Licensing ratios for children under 30 months is 1:7, children 2 ½ - prekindergarten 1:10 and kindergarten – 5th grade 1:15.
  • Are you open all year round?
Yes, we open during Summer. Please check out our Calendar for school closure days.
  • What's included with tuition?
Your monthly tuition includes the following: 2 daily snacks, lunch, diapers, wipes, enrichment programs, such as Music and Happy Feet Program, and general supplies. Please see Menu for more details.
  • How much time will my child spend outdoors?
Outdoor play is vital for young children, we spend a significant amount of time outside, weather permitting. Each classroom has a morning and afternoon gym/playground times. We venture off-campus for walks, in order to take advantage of the surrounding areas which allow opportunities to discover.
